I sincerely doubt that Elkington here will ever manage to disambiguate anything pertaining to ancient languages beyond what a Google search can provide him. :-)

What I especially love about some of his latest claims is that he, out of one side of his mouth, says “It’s in Paleo Hebrew” and then turns around and “reveals” that there’s a portion of the Book of Daniel (rather *late* Biblical/Classical Hebrew). Absolutely no sense of proper nomenclature or classification.

He also has yet to show which plate (out of dozens now) has this text on it, and given how large a chunk he read, I’m not sure any of the pre-written stamps we’ve seen so far could hold that much text.

Not that I think Elkington is any more capable of delivering this information than he is a “scholar,” but I’d *gladly* be proven wrong. :-)
