That’s odd. It’s working for me, and it seems to be working for others. It is a PDF which opens in a new window, but outside of that info I’m not tech-savvy enough to know what’s going on with the link. I’m happy to send you the PDF, if you like.

Ok, I tried the link in Firefox and it worked fine (I should have tried this at the first). I normally use Google’s Chrome browser and haven’t had any problems till now. Anyhow, I saved the PDF file to my desktop and will read it through when I can find the time. Thanks.

I couldn’t get it to open in Chrome either, but IE worked fine.
